GENERAL QUESTIONS
- There’s no propane for the grill at my vacation rental property?
One (1) filled propane tank is provided for each rental. For an additional tank there’s a $40 charge. Guests are also welcome to fill the propane tanks themselves.
- Are beach supplies provided?
Some vacation rentals provide beach supplies such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys, but this varies by property.
- Is the rental child-friendly?
For child-friendly accommodations, look for features like highchairs, cribs, safety gates, or a fenced yard. Check the listing details or contact the host to confirm. Or ask a member of our team for your specific needs.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
- What is included in the rental price?
The rental price typically includes the cost of the accommodation and amenities listed in the description. Additional fees, such as cleaning, taxes, or booking fees, will be outlined.
- Why do I have to wait prior to check in to receive check in codes and instructions?
For security purposes we do not release guest check-in instructions prior to our guests check-in date. This helps to ensure the properties information is not available to those who do not need it prior to their vacation dates. In addition, a personal pin is automatically scheduled by our platform the day of your arrival.
- Are utilities like Wi-Fi and electricity included?
Our vacation rentals include utilities like Wi-Fi, electricity, and water. Check the listing for specifics or confirm with our team.
- How do I book a vacation rental?
Use the booking platform’s reservation system or contact the host directly. Follow the instructions provided to confirm your stay.
- What payment methods are accepted?
Most rentals accept credit cards, debit cards, or payments through secure online platforms. Some may accept bank transfers for direct bookings.
- Is a deposit required?
No, deposits are not required for this vacation rental. However, guests are required to purchase an $80 coverage policy to ensure protection against accidental damage. This policy provides peace of mind for both guests and owners, eliminating the need for a traditional security deposit. Please inquire for details.
- Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies vary. Review the rental’s policy for specifics about refunds or fees before booking.
AMENITIES AND SERVICES
- Is the property pet-friendly?

All of our vacation rentals include linens and towels.
- Is housekeeping provided during the stay?
Housekeeping is usually not provided during short stays but may be available for an additional fee.
DURING THE STAY
- What should I do if something is broken or not working?
Contact the host immediately to report the issue. Our rentals have 24/7 support or a local manager to assist.
- Can I host events or parties at the rental?
Some rentals allow events, but you must confirm with the host and comply with house rules and local laws.
- What should I do with trash and recycling?*
Follow the posted host’s instructions for waste disposal, which may include specific bins or pickup schedules.
CHECKOUT
- What are the check-out procedures?
Check-out procedures vary. Typically, you’ll need to leave the property clean, dispose of trash, lock all windows, doors, turn off the fans and lights. Also raise the AC to 76.
- Will I get my security deposit back?
Security deposits are refunded after the host inspects the property for damage. This process usually takes a few days.

- Is the rental insured?
All of our vacation rental have liability insurance, but it’s best to consider travel insurance for extra protection. We can assist with purchasing an inexpensive plan as low as $80
- What happens if I need to extend my stay?
Extensions depend on availability. Contact the host as soon as possible to make arrangements.
- Are there quiet hours or noise restrictions?
Many properties have city imposed quiet hours and ordinances set in place, especially in residential neighborhoods. Check the house rules for details.
